Best place is on the C: drive in a folder named hosp. Set the compitability on the WINMAIN.exe file to XP (Service pack 2), tick boxes for Run in 256 colors and Run in 640 x 480 screen resolution. Run the game and it should work. If the game goes funky colors after a few minutes, try using an earlier compatibility of windows. I think I finally got it to settle using Windows 98.
